Please note that delivery times are business days and we need to receive orders for next day, 2-day and 3-day delivery by 12pm (eastern)to be able to process and ship the order the same day.
For example:
We receive your Next-Day order by 12pm on Monday, you can expect delivery on Tuesday evening.
We receive your 2-day order by 12pm on Thursday, you can expect delivery on Monday.
We receive your Next-Day order after 12pm on Wednesday, you can expect delivery on Friday.
Also please note that the UPS "delivery guarantee" applies to all UPS shipments. This "guaratee" excludes among other things, deliverys that are "delayed due to causes beyond UPS's control" (weather, "acts of God", etc....). The cost of the faster shipping methods is high (UPS not us), so please take this all into consideration before selecting a faster shipping method since the cost of the shipping is non refundable unless even though an item order for next day delivery is not delivered on time (again UPS exclusions to their "guarantee" apply).
International Duties and Taxes
All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country's laws. if duties and taxes are assessed on an item mailed via the Postal Service, they are collected from the recipient. In addition, for most countries, there is an administrative fee that is collected from the recipient to cover the costs of clearing the item through customs and collecting duties and taxes.

Return Policy:
Shoes of a size 12 or larger are special order items and can not be returned or exchanged. If you need to make a return (size 11 or smaller), you must notify us (ask for Kathy) at 410-544-5730 within 7 days of receiving you order. Failure to notify us within the 7 day period will result in refusal of your return.

All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee (which can be applied towards a future purchase), unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, or an error on the part of or one of its suppliers.

All items must be returned in NEW, UNUSED condition in the NON-DAMAGED original manufacturer's packaging.

Returns bearing signs of use will not be accepted. Health regulations stipulate that Lingerie or Swimwear that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered is considered to be in "other than new condition" and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds for Credit Card purchases will be credited back to your account. These are only available in accordance with all the terms of our return policy.

Any customer doing excessive or questionable returns will be removed from all forms of mailing and no future orders will be accepted. We're sorry but, the cost of shipping and handling is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed, if you would like to cancel this order, you must email us stating that you want to cancel it or you must call us at 410-544-5730.
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not entered the shipping process. If your order has entered the shipping process (either shipping to you, or ordered from a 3rd party that cannot stop the shipment), then you may not cancel an order.
